President of the Association of Researchers of European Values in Education (AREVE), Maria Nesterova, professor of NPU. MP Drahomanova, as the head of the programs “EU Values of Diversity and Inclusion for Sustainable Development” and “Social and Cultural Aspects of EU Studies”, took part in the International Conference “Erasmus + Jean Monnet Activities in Kazakhstan and Ukraine: exchange of experiences and prospects cooperation “on February 9, 2021.
The event is dedicated to the implementation of Jean Monnet projects under the Erasmus + program in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. The international teleconference was held with the assistance of the Ukrainian Association of Teachers and Researchers of European Integration, National Erasmus + Offices in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. During the meeting, representatives of project teams from both countries presented successful practices of Erasmus + projects. Jean Monnet and stressed the need for constant monitoring of the relevance of the issue during the preparation of project proposals.
About 200 teachers from universities of Kazakhstan and Ukraine took part in the teleconference. During the teleconference, representatives of the two countries implementing projects within the framework of Jean Monnet Activities, in their speeches compared the Kazakh and Ukrainian experiments, exchanged practical advice and gave recommendations for building close cooperation.
